In Short

• We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and hands-on Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM).
• Help customers realize and improve the value of their MongoDB subscription and services.
• Establish relationships and become a trusted advisor for best practices.
• Daily interactions with customers to drive success.
• Flexible work model based in Madrid.
• 7-10 years relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience with large-scale accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Technical product experience or education is preferred.
• High levels of organization and communication skills are essential.
• A Spanish speaker is required for this role.

Requirements

• 7-10 years relevant experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-focused role.
• 4+ years experience with large-scale, technologically sophisticated accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of technical product experience or education.
• Bachelor's degree, technical degree preferred.
• A mind for technology and curiosity to learn about databases.
• Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
• High levels of organization in your workflows.
• A passion for partnership and collaboration.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A Spanish speaker is required for this role.
