Overview

MongoDB is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead a global TechOps CRM function, responsible for one of the Pods from idea to delivery, playing a key role in growing large, strategic CRM projects and providing critical support to internal departments.

In Short

  • Lead a team of CRM Support Administrators and Engineers.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce administration and development.
  • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Document solutions for technical design issues.
  • Communicate and execute scalable CRM solutions to stakeholders.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide ongoing technical training.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of various applications.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of technical engineering management experience.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce.com ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce customizations.
  • Experience in cloud technologies and DevOps.
  • Successful experience in running at-scale Support initiatives.
  • Understanding of systems architecture and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
