• Manage and lead TechOps Engineers.
• Oversee a variety of TechOps systems and infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on triage and technical support for various operating systems.
• Implement and manage network infrastructure.
• Create and manage firewall rules and policies.
• Support TechOps software solutions.
• Conduct hardware and software debugging.
• Manage asset and inventory.
• Assist with internal IT audits.
• Mentor and oversee TechOps team members.

Requirements

• Must have Skills: Linux administration, network administration, end-user customer support, people management.
• Good to have skills: Project management, documentation, policy writing, asset management, scripting, or engineering experience.
• Personality Traits: Self-starter, team player, confident, customer-focused, adaptable, and a “lead from the front” leadership style.
