In Short

• Define the user experience for our digital product, creating process artifacts such as User Journeys, Interaction patterns, task-flows, sketches, wireframes, and Visual Design.
• Translate vague customer feedback into actionable design hypotheses and workflow improvements.
• Proactively identify friction in the product experience.
• Leverage AI-powered prototyping tools for rapid feedback loops.
• Translate prototypes into high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Engage with stakeholders to prioritize design inputs effectively.
• Partner with Product Management and UX Research to drive design reviews.
• Seek unique problem-solving opportunities while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build functional prototypes to validate designs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping.
• A self-starter mentality with problem identification skills.
• Ability to interpret ambiguous feedback into actionable improvements.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Solid grounding in UX design and design thinking principles.
• A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving across digital products.
• Familiarity with mortgage lending workflows is a plus.
• Comfort with JIRA and Agile environments.
