Commercial & Alliance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business leader to drive revenue growth and alliance development, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships for our small to medium business focused financial management SaaS.

In Short

• Own the full P&L for the Moneytree Business product.
• Lead digital acquisition in collaboration with marketing.
• Build and manage a team of resellers, affiliates, and ecosystem partners.
• Define, price and implement monetization models.
• Provide business insights to the product team.
• Identify and engage with distribution partners.
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand reach.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Develop and track key commercial KPIs.

Requirements

• Track record of success in digital marketing and user acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Understanding of SME financial management challenges.
• Experience with financial service providers or B2B services.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-starter mindset and results-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
