Product Designer - Remote

Beyond that, we enable secure data sharing with trusted third-party providers, supporting large financial institutions, fintech companies, accounting software providers, and other enterprise clients—helping them and their end users access financial insights seamlessly and reliably.

In Short

• Operate as a design generalist, owning problems and translating research insights into new ideas.
• Support research activities to solidify understanding of customer’s business problems.
• Create low-fidelity user flows and prototypes, considering accessibility and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality product alignment with design.
• Apply an iterative design process by collaborating with non-design stakeholders.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of brand new design systems.
• Utilize product analytics and data to form hypotheses around user experience problems.
• Identify new opportunities based on customer needs.
• Help drive the direction of a young design team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with in-house, embedded product teams.
• A product design-focused portfolio with attention to detail.
• Experience in a SaaS company, on web and mobile products.
• Native Japanese (or JPLT N2 equivalent) and business-level English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A willingness to learn and receive feedback.
