Requirements

• Experience in a Senior HR role or HR Manager role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exposure to private-equity backed businesses preferred.
• Experience in a sales-led environment.
• Experience managing a team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and EU markets.
• Experience working with international teams in HR.
• Experience in budget management.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Fluent in Spanish (desirable).
