Senior Analyst - Office of the CEO - Remote

Overview

monday.com is seeking an experienced, versatile analyst to join the office of the CEOs and lead company-wide monitoring efforts of our business funnel. This is a senior role with leadership interfaces, pivotal impact and high visibility. You will assume ownership of key reporting and research flows covering monday.com’s core business engines, in collaboration with senior partners from Product, Sales, Marketing and other key departments. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our business strategy, product development, and customer experience.

• Assume co-ownership of monitoring flows to track key indicators of our business health.
• Lead investigations into funnel issues in collaboration with other groups.
• Build appealing, compelling dashboards and reports.

• 4+ years of experience as a senior analyst or business-oriented data scientist.
• Excellent SQL skills and strong control of at least one popular BI tool.
• Proficiency in a scripting language used for data analysis is an advantage.

• Strong business aptitude in marketing, product, or financial analytics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a senior analyst or business-oriented data scientist.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Strong control of at least one popular BI tool such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency in a scripting language used for data analysis (e.g. R, Python) is an advantage.
• Great communication skills.
