Overview

monday.com is looking for a Head of Workplace Operations to join the Workplace team and take responsibility and ownership of our Tel Aviv offices operations.

In Short

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and management of workplace facilities operations.
  • Develop and oversee the annual workplace operations budget.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform workplace decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for workplace operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of workplace facilities staff.
  • Collaborate with real estate and design teams on space planning.
  • Manage and track the budget for workplace facilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of office spaces.
  • Lead projects related to office moves and expansions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale office environments.
  • Strong knowledge of facility systems and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Adaptable and proactive in handling challenges.
  • Collaborative, focusing on delivering a high-quality workplace experience.
