Risk & Quality Performance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Risk & Quality Performance Manager position will support Molina’s Risk & Quality Solutions (RQS) team, collaborating with various departments to manage resources and execute performance improvement initiatives.

In Short

• Collaborate with Health Plan Risk and Quality leaders.
• Manage Risk/Quality data collection strategy and analytics.
• Monitor projects from inception through delivery.
• Oversee Risk/Quality data ingestion activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory audit guidelines.
• Partner with teams to ensure data quality.
• Proactively communicate risks and issues.
• Create and review program documentation.
• Update documentation for relevant parties.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience supporting HEDIS engine activity.
• Data analysis experience with technical skillsets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or SQL server.
• Healthcare experience and risk adjustment knowledge.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication capabilities.
• Energetic and collaborative attitude.
