Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national family law firm, is seeking an experienced and innovative Legal Talent Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for both legal and corporate talent. This role is remote, but the Legal Talent Recruiter must reside in Georgia, Colorado, or Texas.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and recruit legal talent for the firm.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop relationships with candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate qualifications.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews.
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Support onboarding tasks for new hires.
