In Short

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a Mac-based environment.
• Respond to tickets, Slack requests, and Zoom calls.
• Assist with password resets and user provisioning.
• Troubleshoot hardware and peripherals.
• Support secure Wi-Fi and VPN access for remote users.
• Assist users with core tools like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
• Document resolutions and contribute to self-service resources.
• Lead support during new hire provisioning cycles.
• Diagnose complex OS issues and provide advanced support.
• Coordinate escalations with software and hardware vendors.

Requirements

• Experience in tech support, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Apple hardware.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues.
• Understanding of legal application support.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with MDM solutions like Jamf Pro.
• Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in a law firm environment is a plus.
