Overview

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national family law firm, is seeking an experienced and innovative Legal Talent Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for both legal and corporate talent. In Short

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish job postings.
• Source and recruit legal talent for current and future positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience as the primary contact for job seekers.
• Conduct Zoom interviews and document observations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate evaluations.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents for new hires.
• Support onboarding tasks in coordination with the People & Culture team.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Work evenings or weekends as necessary.

Requirements

• Two years of direct Legal Recruiting experience.
• Professional communication skills to interact with staff at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Capacity to handle urgent issues in a remote work environment.

Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $97,500, adjusted for experience.
