Legal Talent Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national family law firm, is seeking an experienced and innovative Legal Talent Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for both legal and corporate talent. This role is remote, but the Legal Talent Recruiter must reside in Virginia.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish job postings.
• Source and recruit legal talent for current and future positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct Zoom interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People & Culture team.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents for selected candidates.
• Support onboarding tasks for new hires.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and emergent issues in a remote work environment.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Requirements

• Two years of direct Legal Recruiting experience required.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
• Capacity to handle routine or urgent issues in a remote-first work environment.

Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $97,500, adjusted for experience.
