  • Seeking a talented Talent Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and sourcing teams.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and guide candidates through the interview process.
  • Own compensation negotiations and track hiring metrics.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS for candidate management.
  • Represent the company brand in all candidate interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter specializing in technical hiring.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, particularly in cloud computing.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience on hiring metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly self-sufficient and organized.
