As a Legal Recruiter at Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the front end of our attorney recruiting engine, focusing on lead generation and proactive sourcing to attract top-tier legal talent.

• Proactively source and cultivate relationships with legal professionals.
• Manage initial outreach and phone screens to evaluate candidate fit.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and legal leaders.
• Prepare and extend offers, guiding candidates through acceptance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
• Strong ability to source and screen candidates using various platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
