In Short

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 300+ veterinary accounts in Mixlab’s Pacific North West territory
• Exceed sales goals through strategic territory management, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Own the full sales cycle, from outreach to onboarding to account management.
• Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and meetings.
• Conduct needs analyses and present Mixlab’s personalized compounding solutions.
• Lead web-based demonstrations of Mixlab’s proprietary software for new customers.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Mixlab’s offerings and communicate our value proposition.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate on sales and marketing materials.
• Represent Mixlab at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant Sales/Marketing role.
• Experience in a full cycle sales role from prospecting to activation.
• Proficient in Google Suite products and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills, including email outreach and cold calling.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly results-driven with the determination to exceed goals.
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to multitask.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of animals.
