Mixlab, the fast-growing veterinary compounding pharmacy, is hiring a Care Pharmacist who is customer focused and passionate about providing personalized care for pets and pet-owners.

In Short

• Responsible for professional communication with veterinarians and clients.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and text messages for prescriptions.
• Take prescriptions and enter orders into the workflow system.
• Counsel clients on medications and usage.
• Monitor and respond to requests in the CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty.
• Work closely with lab and logistics teams.
• Create prescriptions with attention to detail.
• Process payments and schedule deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members for daily operations.

Requirements

• California Pharmacist License required.
• Proximity to Los Angeles, CA pharmacy for in-person coverage.
• Formal training in non-sterile compounding preferred.
• High standards for accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
