Overview

The Pharmacist I is responsible for optimizing drug therapy, resolving drug-related problems, and improving therapeutic outcomes while adhering to pharmacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience as a pharmacist preferred.
• Must hold a valid pharmacist license in Massachusetts.
• Extensive knowledge of drug information and handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess patient data.
• Ability to work independently and participate in training.
• Familiarity with legal requirements in pharmacy practice.
• Must complete 20 continuing education credits annually.
