Realtime Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Opportunity: Miris are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Realtime Solutions Engineer to join our company. This role is crucial in demonstrating the power and versatility of our developing spatial streaming service. You will be a hands-on builder, rapidly prototyping innovative and compelling real-time applications across various platforms, initially focusing on Unity, to showcase our platform’s capabilities and explore the art of the possible. This is a highly technical role that requires a strong understanding of 3D graphics, application development, and the ability to work with and extend an evolving SDK.

In Short

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to design, develop, and implement proof-of-concept applications.
• Identify necessary SDK features for integration and contribute to the SDK.
• Provide feedback on core performance and missing features.
• Work with customers to develop applications for real-world deployment.
• Stay ahead on developments in real-time 3D experiences and technologies.
• Polish and present technical demonstrations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for immersive experiences and polished UX.
• Proven experience in developing real-time 3D applications.
• Expertise in Unity development, including C# scripting.
• Experience working with SDKs.
• Solid understanding of 3D concepts and real-time rendering.
• Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on ideas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
