Overview

As an HR Generalist at Minitab, you will support the entire employee lifecycle, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• US-based HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP or PHR).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll best practices, and benefits compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with general direction.
