Senior Contracts Manager, Corporate and IP Paralegal - Remote

In Short

• Management of Contracts and Legal Documents.
• Draft and review contracts such as confidentiality agreements and amendments.
• Identify and track key contract terms and conditions.
• Assist in the tracking of contracts towards execution.
• Develop and maintain form agreements.
• Manage intellectual property matters including patents and trademarks.
• Create and maintain legal documents and correspondence.
• Support Legal Operations Initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to legal processes.
• Manage training programs for employees relating to legal operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in contracts negotiations.
• In-house experience at publicly traded biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage sensitive legal information.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience implementing new contract management systems is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and contract lifecycle management systems.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and operations.
• Willingness to learn and assume new responsibilities.
