Overview

The Senior Contracts Manager will manage and support complex contracts with customers, ensuring all requirements are met while fostering growth in assigned accounts.

• Manage customer contract formation and administration for complex contracts.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a technical, finance, or business-related discipline; JD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in contract management.
• Experience with high dollar value fixed price contracts.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in Contract Management.
• Thorough knowledge of contract formation and administration.
• Ability to negotiate complex terms and conditions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
