Overview

The Director of Insurance and Risk Management at Cubic Corporation is responsible for organizing and managing a global insurance program, establishing a comprehensive risk management program, and ensuring effective communication and management of risk across business units.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in business or finance.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in risk management.
• Ability to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks.
• Competent in analyzing legal contracts.
• Experience with bid proposals and contract bonds.
• Knowledge of Worker’s Compensation regulations.
• Skilled in effective communication at all levels.
