Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

Your mission will be to help us achieve our revenue objectives and accelerate the adoption and expansion of Mimica. As the owner of the technical win strategy, you'll lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle.

In Short

  • Collaborating with AEs in discovery calls, qualifying prospects, and gathering requirements.
  • Leading demos and supporting technical evaluations for the Mimica platform.
  • Building and executing POC plans with success criteria.
  • Serving as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights to engineering and product teams.
  • Contributing to product documentation.
  • Partnering with Marketing to deliver educational content.
  • Assisting BDRs in identifying compelling use cases.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for customers.

Requirements

  • Background in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering or Implementation/Management Consulting.
  • Experience in delivering complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions.
  • Track record of managing and executing pilots and production implementations.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Empathy and product intuition.
  • Desire to continuously learn and improve knowledge of our platform.
