Senior/Lead Site Reliability Engineer, Network & Security - Remote

In Short

• Identify and address networking issues and security vulnerabilities, implementing robust solutions as needed.
• Drive reliability improvements for applications, ensuring scalability and stability.
• Build and configure tools to enhance security and resilience of infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in technical discussions and decision-making.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to analyze system failures and prevent recurrence.
• Leverage observability tools to monitor and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in infrastructure reliability, DevOps, or similar roles with a focus on security.
• In-depth knowledge of network security and infrastructure provisioning with Terraform.
• Expertise in deploying and managing services using Docker and Kubernetes on GCP.
• Proven ability to debug distributed systems and implement solutions.
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD and Helm.
• Experience with observability tools.
• Fluent in English, with great communication skills.
