In Short

• Own and maintain the incident response process.
• Guide teams in establishing and monitoring Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Lead capacity planning initiatives.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions for high availability.
• Manage launch and event planning for high-traffic occasions.
• Act as an internal expert for monitoring tools and infrastructure.
• Emphasize automation and tooling.
• Support efforts across multiple programming languages.
• Work independently to learn new technologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative nature.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with customers.
• Long-term thinking for business and customer needs.
• Ownership mentality.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience deploying changes to production frequently.
