Overview

Nexthink is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who will be instrumental in building and maintaining a high-performance cloud platform with a focus on delivering to the US Public Sector market.

In Short

  • Lead the design and management of scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Develop monitoring and alerting systems for high availability.
  • Ensure compliance with FedRAMP security standards.

  • Communicate system performance and compliance status to stakeholders.
  • Drive performance tuning and optimization efforts.
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing office and remote work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go).
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of FedRAMP requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
