In Short

• Design and run experiments to improve our ML processing system.
• Write clear technical reports documenting experiments and results.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable Python code.
• Interface with the internal Process Analyst team to discover automation opportunities.
• Support productionization with the help of an MLOps Engineer.
• Engage in technical discussions with Engineers and Product Managers.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in setting up and evaluating experiments.
• Solid background in tabular and event data classification.
• A researcher mindset with curiosity and rigor.
• Ability to effectively mix classic and deep learning methods.
• Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• A drive to continually develop skills and improve team processes.
• Fluency in English.
