Senior/Lead Python Engineer (Machine Learning) - Remote

In Short

• Support the backend of a new product - the Mimica Maker.
• Build pipelines and core components of ML systems.
• Deliver new AI features and drive improvements to infrastructure and services.
• Work with Machine Learning Engineers on productionizing ML-driven applications.
• Mentor others in writing intuitive and clear code.
• Develop observability for ML applications and GenAI/LLM integrations.
• Handle incidents regarding ML applications and optimize resource usage.
• Document procedures and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Take on end-to-end project management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Python and knowledge of GenAI models.
• Background in solving complex technical challenges in Software Development and Data/ML Engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience in designing and maintaining data collection tools and pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and observability best practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Drive to continually develop skills and improve team processes.
• Fluency in English with effective communication skills.
