In Short

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the customer-facing components of our platform.
• Be embedded within the Insights Team to serve as the voice of the customer.
• Drive improvements to existing features and develop new capabilities.
• Uplevel the team’s understanding of user behaviour through research and data analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and leadership.
• Identify high-value problems and define clear, actionable requirements.
• Engage in technical discussions with engineers.
• Conduct research to inform product development.
• Leverage data-driven insights to incorporate AI/ML into features.
• Understand customer pain points and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for a data-driven or insights-focused product.
• Hands-on experience with the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong technical background or understanding, particularly in data-driven products.
• Experience with AI/ML products.
• Deep understanding of enterprise automation and user experience best practices.
• Strategic planning skills and the ability to manage a product roadmap.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
