Overview

The Site Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with grants and federal and state regulations, as well as state and program policies. This position oversees data collection, analysis, and reporting. Responsible for investigating workplace incidents, tracking completion of all required services, and analyzing data to identify concerns and trends for the purpose of program improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Management/Leadership, Analytics, or related field.
  • Four years of experience in compliance or related field.
  • Experience with data analysis preferred.
  • Experience presenting compliance training preferred.
  • Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Pass comprehensive background screening.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification within first 30 days.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze technical documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software.
