The HR Talent Acquisition Manager leads proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent to align with business needs, directly supporting all Program Business Units and HR Team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Five years of HR experience.
• Two years of managerial experience.
• Strong computer skills in ATS and HRIS.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Experience in creative sourcing and marketing.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
