In Short

• Collaborates with the Personal Lines Team for testing insurance applications.
• Prepares and executes manual test cases for new and modified code.
• Creates and maintains test cases and documentation in Xray, Jira, and Confluence.
• Evaluates testing processes for automation opportunities.
• Documents and tracks defects in Jira.
• Collaborates with developers and business analysts for testability.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies for testing support.
• Upholds customer experience standards in testing.
• Communicates testing progress and roadblocks.
• Contributes to process improvements in testing practices.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with test case management and Agile tools.
• Knowledge of insurance platforms or software testing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quality assurance.
