In Short

• Maintain an individual caseload and job duties of the Litigation Paralegal position.
• Ensure the team is in compliance with firm policies, procedures, and case deadlines.
• Act as a liaison between the Litigation Paralegal team and management.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to management regarding team performance.
• Audit team members' timecards for accuracy and compliance.
• Approve and manage time-off requests.
• Support team members in managing complex or high-priority cases.
• Attend required morning and monthly meetings.
• Perform other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in case management software (e.g., Litify) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of balancing individual caseload responsibilities with supervisory duties.
