The Litigation Paralegal at The Jeffcoat Firm is responsible for guiding clients through the civil case process, acting as the primary contact for clients, and working collaboratively with a team of legal professionals.

• Delegate tasks to Civil Case Manager as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma; Paralegal degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Familiarity with court procedures and rules.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Litify preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
