The Litigation Paralegal Supervisor plays a critical role in supervising the administrative responsibilities of the Civil Case Manager team, requiring strong leadership and a deep understanding of personal injury law.

• Supervise and mentor a team of 1-5 Litigation Paralegals.
• Manage a case load of litigation stage cases.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (preferred).
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal.
• 1+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Capable of balancing individual caseload with supervisory duties.
