Litigation Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time position. This role will assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation practice, including the preparation of pleadings, assistance with discovery, document review and organization, and preparation and attendance at hearings and trials.

• Assist attorneys in all stages of complex litigation matters.
• Support all phases of discovery, including drafting, fact gathering, and analysis of documents.
• Maintain and organize electronic case files for easy access.
• Handle all aspects of electronic discovery.
• Assist with trial preparation, including creating trial notebooks and organizing exhibits.
• Coordinate, review, and maintain project status tracking charts.
• Conduct factual research to support attorney projects.
• Assist with document searches and analysis.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other outside parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes.
• Proficiency in document management and eDiscovery tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Research skills and familiarity with legal databases.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
