Overview

The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for managing all administrative tasks related to legal cases, including preparing legal documents, maintaining files, and supporting attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.
  • File pleadings with courts and maintain public relations.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys.
  • Assist in managing case files and documentation.

  • Maintain superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and court officials.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; secondary education preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Certification as a Paralegal is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
