We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including gathering necessary documentation and evidence.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and legal arguments.
• Maintain organized files and case management systems to ensure all necessary documentation is readily accessible.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate schedules.
• Assist in discovery processes including drafting requests, interrogatories, and subpoenas.
