This Associate Attorney position involves handling eviction cases across California, with potential involvement in Oregon and Washington. The ideal candidate will have experience with court hearings and a strong understanding of landlord/tenant law.

Requirements

• Active membership in the CA State Bar; OR and WA Bar memberships are a bonus.
• 2+ years of experience in eviction law or related fields.
• Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must possess strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely as efficiently as in an office.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
