Overview

The Client Support Specialist I (CSS I) is an entry-level position providing technical support and customer service to clients, working closely with them to troubleshoot software issues and deliver excellent service.

  • Prior Technical Support and/or Customer Service experience desired
  • Familiarity with credit application processes is a plus
