In Short

  • Own and maintain dispute procedures, acting as a subject matter expert of the dispute resolution process.
  • Support new products and tooling launches, working closely with various teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of disputes.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve processes through tooling changes.
  • Handle high complexity or escalated dispute cases.
  • Support bank partner audits using dispute expertise.
  • Maintain a positive user experience while mitigating risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of card disputes intake and resolution experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building programs or processes.
  • Strong understanding of RegE dispute requirements.
  • Familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or other financial services.
  • Experience with customer-facing queues and escalations.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM tools.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, comfortable in high-risk environments.
  • Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards.
