In Short

• Complete manual quality assessments of dispute resolution processes.
• Create quality dashboards and trend reports.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on quality assessments.
• Drive quality calibration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of dispute quality processes.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and compliance regulations.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the finance industry focusing on quality for card and ACH transaction disputes.
• Strong understanding of Reg E dispute requirements.
• Familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules.
• Highly motivated self-starter, comfortable in a high-risk environment.
• Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards.
• Empathy and understanding in communication.
• Ability to communicate complicated concepts clearly.
• Curiosity about the US banking system and startups.
