In Short

• Develop overall test strategies and test plans for complex projects.
• Provide mentorship to other QA team members.
• Drive process improvements within the QA team.
• Design and implement robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
• Define, track, and report on key quality metrics.
• Identify and assess risks associated with software quality.
• Collaborate closely with development and product management teams.
• Evaluate new testing tools and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in QA engineering.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Strategic thinking and alignment with organizational goals.
• Enjoy mentoring junior QA team members.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong advocacy for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prefer to work on agile software development projects.
