Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this essential role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries related to automotive insurance and claims processing. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will be key in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service as they navigate their insurance needs.

  • Address customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions regarding their automotive insurance policies and claims
  • Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
