Overview

The Technical Account Manager at Menlo Security is a senior technical individual contributor responsible for assisting in the design, deployment, and management of major accounts post-deployment, ensuring proper implementation of Menlo solutions.

In Short

  • Understand customer requirements and create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Present Menlo cloud security assessments to customers.
  • Create and deliver detailed documentation.
  • Integrate with systems like SSO, Azure, and Firewalls.
  • Self-manage projects and deliver services on time.
  • Train customers on product usage.
  • Provide feedback to developers for product improvement.
  • Report on product performance.
  • Liaise with sales to win new business.
  • Manage communication with CIO/CTO/CISO.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM, Cloud APIs, and Networking concepts.
  • Experience with network security technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
