Overview

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our Surgical Solutions sales team in the Boston area.

In Short

  • Calling on hospitals within assigned territory to sell products.
  • Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers.
  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Team building among peers for collaboration.
  • Preparing bids and price quotes.
  • Occasional cold calling to develop new markets.
  • Requires driving and on-site interaction with healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the OR.
  • Track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
  • Ability to present multiple product lines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to drive and travel 90% of the day.
  • Strong leadership skills.
