Overview

The Mold Technician I is responsible for the efficient operation of basic mold room equipment and machinery under direct supervision, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of general manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of injection molding machines.
• Able to identify and explain mold and machine functions.
• Demonstrates proper safe mold tool use.
• Familiar with safety features of molding cells.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to work efficiently under supervision.
