Overview

The Complaint Coordinator I is responsible for assisting customers and sales representatives in resolving and logging customer issues while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

In Short

  • Log complaints into SAP Complaint system.
  • Issue call tags and sales force notifications.
  • Ensure complaints are properly closed in the system.
  • Follow up on issued call tags.
  • Send out Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Maintain compliance with QSR and ISO regulations.
  • Assist in processing product returns and RGAs.
  • Communicate with sales force regarding outstanding issues.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to process and prioritize details effectively.
  • Preferred experience in customer service.
